Ingredients for Plum Purslane Recipe
A large vineyard purslane
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
4-5 green onions
1 large onion
7-8 cloves of garlic (3 if the garlic is large)
4-5 angelic plums
How to Make Plum Purslane?
Add olive oil to a saucepan. Add the previously washed and chopped green onions and dry onions into the pot.
Fry the onions and add the chopped garlic to the pot and mix it lightly, then add the chopped purslane to the pot.
Then add the tomatoes and mix without adding any water. Chop your plums like thin apple slices and add them to the pot.
Finally, add salt and pepper and mix, then lower the bottom of the dish and close the lid. After 10-15 minutes, you can take it from the stove and serve. Bon Appetit.
