Ingredients for Mastave Recipe
1 bunch of chard
2 cloves of garlic
200 g strained yogurt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
How is Mastave Made?
Salt water is boiled. Chard is boiled in hot water for 5 minutes.
It is taken into cold water as it is removed from hot water.
Add crushed garlic into strained yogurt.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Finely chopped onions are cooked.
After the chard is cooked, it is cut into small pieces.
Combine yogurt, onions and chard.
Served with olive oil and black cumin.
