Ingredients for Pomegranate Sour Lamb Recipe
800 g lamb cubed meat
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
20 – 25 shallots or 2 onions
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 pinch of coriander
2 bay leaves
2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
1 teaspoon of honey
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 pomegranate seeds
3 cups of hot water
How is Pomegranate Sour Lamb Made?
Take the olive oil in the pan and roast the meat.
Onions and crushed garlic are added to the roasted meats.
Add tomato paste and fry until fragrant.
All the ingredients, except the pomegranate seeds, are taken into the pot and left to cook by adding water.
