1 large chicken
3 gum drops
1 liter of water
400 g yoghurt
100 g flour
1 piece of mastic gum
30 g butter
How To Make Gummy Chicken With Yoghurt?
The chicken is thoroughly cleaned and put in the pot. Add water, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and 2 pieces of gum and cook.
Cooked chicken is cooled in its own juice, bones and skin are removed.
The chicken is cut into large pieces.
Yoghurt and flour are mixed well and diluted with chicken broth, cooked over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Be careful not to boil it or the yoghurt will be cut.
Large chicken pieces are added and cooked on low heat for a few more minutes until the sauce and chicken are intertwined.
Take it to the serving plate. Butter is heated, mastic gum is added and drizzled over the food.
