Ingredients for Haluçka Soup Recipe
1 Cup Boiled Chickpeas
1 Piece Hip Leg
2 spoonful butter
2 Tablespoons of Oil (Prevents the Butter from Burning)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
For the dough:
1 Glass of Water
Flour (Add as much as it takes and the dough should be firm.)
1 teaspoon salt
How to Make Haluçka Soup?
Chicken is boiled in a pot.
Shred after cooling.
In a deep bowl, the ingredients of the dough are kneaded.
Small pieces of the kneaded dough are cut off and rolled by hand. (The shape and size should be barley vermicelli.)
Put the dough on a floured tray. (For not sticking)
Flour is sifted from the dough and added to the boiled chicken broth.
When all the dough rises to the surface of the water, chicken and chickpeas are added.
Fry tomato paste with oil in a separate pan.
