500 grams of cultivated mushrooms
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of corn
2 capsicum peppers
1 pinch of dill (you can also use parsley)
3-4 pickled gherkins
2 cups of yogurt
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Peel and chop the onion, put it in a suitable pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Peel the carrots, cut them into thin rounds, add them to our onion, fry for 2-3 minutes, then chop the capia pepper and mushrooms and add them.
We cook until the vegetables are slightly soft, add salt on it, mix it, then take it from the stove and leave it to cool, then put it in a large bowl.
We chop the dill and pickles finely, add them to the mushrooms, and take the yogurt, garlic mayonnaise into a bowl.
We add very little salt and mix, then add it to the mushroom mixture, mix it well and put it on the serving plate.
