Ingredients for Red Plum Goulash Recipe
300 g cubed beef
1 handful of red plums (pitted and finely chopped)
1/2 cup chickpeas (Boiled)
2 onions (finely chopped)
2 capia peppers (Roasted)
3 tomatoes (Roasted)
Garlic (finely chopped)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1.5 cups of broth
3 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
4 tablespoons of oil
How to Make Goulash with Red Plum?
After seasoning the meat with cumin and lemon juice, leave it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Then take the oil in a pan and add the meat, fry it on medium heat and put it on a plate. (Since you seasoned with lemon, there may be splashes during the process, be careful
Add the onion to the same pan and add a pinch of sugar and fry the chickpeas and meat in the pan. Then add the red plum and cook it.
Process the garlic, capia peppers and tomatoes and transfer them to the pan.
Add the broth and cumin and cook on low heat for 9-12 minutes until the flavors are mixed. (Don’t overcook, the meat will be chewy.)
