150 g leg of lamb (Fat and nerve removed)
50 g shallots
5 g garlic
10 g of salt
3 g black pepper
100 ml olive oil
30 g lemon juice
50 g cherry tomatoes (Sliced)
30 g Çengelköy cucumber (Sliced)
30 g red onion (Sliced)
50 g oily lettuce 5 g sumac
How to Make Lamb Skewers?
Finely chop the leg of lamb.
Grate the onion and pour the onion juice into a bowl. After adding salt and pepper, add the lamb meat and marinate for 30 minutes.
Insert the lamb pieces into the bottle and cook by turning them back and forth.
Take the necessary ingredients for the salad on a serving plate and sauce it with sumac, olive oil and lemon juice.
