500 g chicken / turkey meat
1 capsicum pepper
1/2 cup peas
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of milk
2 phyllo dough
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 egg yolk
How to Make Chicken with Béchamel Sauce in Crispy Dough?
Chicken/turkey meat is boiled and chopped as tantuni meat.
Onions are fried in oil. Add diced capia peppers and sauté. Add boiled peas. Lightly salted.
In another pan, bechamel sauce is prepared. For bechamel, flour and butter are fried. Milk is added gradually. Add salt and pepper.
Bechamel sauce and turkey/chicken meats are combined.
Sauteed vegetables are added to the mixture.
A sheet of dough is laid out on the counter. Grease half with a mixture of butter and olive oil.
The dough is folded in half and oiled again. (Especially when the edges are wrapped, it should be well lubricated so that it adheres well.)
The meat mixture is placed along the folded edge of the phyllo and the phyllo is rolled up.
The wrapped phyllo is cut two fingers thick and placed vertically on the tray (with the visible side facing up)
Egg yolk is brushed on it and baked in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
