Ingredients for Chicken Croquette Burger Recipe
For the dried tomato and rosemary burger bun:
50 g eggs
3 g sugar
25 g milk
2 g dry yeast
95 gr flour
1 g of salt
5 g butter
2 g rosemary

For the Alfredo chicken croquettes:
100 g chicken
30 g cream
50 g chestnut mushrooms
2 g garlic

How to Make Chicken Croquette Burger
For the rosemary hamburger bun; All liquid ingredients are weighed and mixed with yeast in a bowl. Then dry ingredients are added and mixed again.
Lastly, add rosemary and dried tomatoes. The bread is shaped and left to ferment for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for an average of 15 minutes. It is kept at room temperature to cool.
For the chicken croquettes; Chicken is stretched and boiled. Mushrooms and garlic are added to a pan. It is then sautéed.
Cream is added during sautéing. Boiled chicken is passed through a blender.
When the chicken is cold, it is given the shape of meatballs. It is then dipped in panko with eggs and fried in a pan.
For the aioli sauce; All ingredients are mixed well.
For service; Aioli sauce is spread on the bottom of the burger bun. Then German pickles and thyme are added to it.
Fried alfredo chicken croquettes are placed on it. 3/4 slices of Parmesan cheese is added on the croquettes as shaved and melted with mild heat.
