15 Brussels sprouts
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 medium carrot (diced)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon of black pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of water
How To Make Brussels Sprouts With Turmeric And Olive Oil?
Peel off the blackened leaves of Brussels sprouts, wash them with plenty of water after cleaning and make a notch on the rounded parts.
Take the onion in a pan and sauté lightly by adding olive oil, turmeric and black pepper.
Add Brussels sprouts and carrots and sauté for a few more minutes, then add salt and water to cook.
When the carrots and Brussels sprouts are tender, add the juice of one lemon and mix and remove from the heat.
Let it cool without opening the lid. Serve after cooling.
