Ingredients for Baked Chicken with Prunes Recipe
2 medium red
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 sticks of cinnamon

3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vinegar
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
4 whole chicken thighs
300 g baby potatoes
2 medium sweet potatoes
2 medium red onions

How to Make Baked Chicken with Prunes?
The oven is preheated to 200 C. If you cannot find dried hot peppers, you can dry them in the oven.
Add crushed dried hot peppers, cinnamon, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil into the mixing bowl. You can also add some water.
Blend for a minute until smooth. Add chicken legs and mix to coat the chickens all over.
Divide both types of potatoes and onions into 4 and transfer them to the tray with the chickens. Add the plums. Place in a separate large bowl with the remaining oil, half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Mix well, mix with chicken. Arrange the chicken skin side up and roast for about 50 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through and nicely coloured.
You can do the cooking process by covering it with aluminum foil in the first 30 minutes and then opening it.
